The U.S. Army is honoring the Colombian government and its military for rescuing hostages held by terrorist groups in a ceremony in Miami.
Sunday is the Colombian Independence Festival.
U.S. soldiers will march to the stage holding a boxed American flag that was previously flown on Capitol Hill. Both the Colombian and American flags will be raised during their anthems.
